Various researches regarding mental health issues such as anxiety and depression suggests exercise approves your psychological and physical being.
The links between anxiety, depression and exercise aren’t entirely clear — but working out and other forms of physical activity can definitely ease symptoms of anxiety or depression and make you feel better. Exercise may also help keep anxiety and depression from coming back once you’re feeling better.

Every Thursday Saffron Walden Mums That Brunch are meeting to get active together in order to feel the benefits as stated above.
We have local professional fitness companies donating their time to support us further in our mission to combat Mental Health.
18/5- Saffron Walden Mums That Brunch would like to thank Claire and her colleague at CHKA Karate Dojo at Bearwalden Crossfit for donating their time this afternoon to us ladies (and kids) showing us some karate and self defence moves. 08/06- Another great Mummy Motivator afternoon for the Mums that brunch group with Bearwalden CrossFit + Kids CrossFit Gymnastics. Thanks to Samuel for donating his time to us mums and giving us a good work out!!
15/06- We all met at Rowney Woods for a 2 mile walk with our buggies and kiddies, followed by a refreshing glass of cold cloudy lemonade at Debden Barns.
22/06- Lynda Haywadd returned to give us a lesson in Boxing!
